Sarah is a passionate entrepreneur with a mission to introduce new communities to the power of Lagree. She founded Tallie, Scotland’s first and only Lagree studio, after falling in love with the method during her time teaching in London. She loves the way Lagree can build strong communities and fortify both body and mind.
She began her fitness journey as a Pilates instructor and holds certifications as a STOTT Pilates Reformer Trainer, a 200-hour Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Teacher, and is a certified Level 1 and Level 2 Lagree fitness instructor.
Favourite move on the Miniformer
A glutes girl at heart, Sarah’s favourite move has to be a Mega Donkey Kick. It not only works the glutes, but your core and shoulders will be on fire too! For core, it has to be a Giant Reverse Dancing Bear, a true burner for the obliques and heart-rate pumper.
