Sarah is a passionate entrepreneur with a mission to introduce new communities to the power of Lagree. She founded Tallie, Scotland’s first and only Lagree studio, after falling in love with the method during her time teaching in London. She loves the way Lagree can build strong communities and fortify both body and mind.
She began her fitness journey as a Pilates instructor and holds certifications as a STOTT Pilates Reformer Trainer, a 200-hour Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga Teacher, and is a certified Level 1 and Level 2 Lagree fitness instructor.

At her core, Sarah keeps it simple — but effective. Her go-to lower body move? The Escalator Lunge. It lights up the glutes, quads, and hamstrings, while pushing your balance to the edge. For core, it’s all about the Catfish — a sneaky little scorcher that targets the lower abs and challenges the upper body too.
